From the moment you arrive in Mexico, you'll enjoy the full service of a five-star hotel, and the comfort and informality of staying in your own private villa.

As well as being available for any request, your full-time villa staff will handle the preparation and serving of all your meals, housekeeping and personal laundry, preparing your private swimming pool and outdoor recreation as well as concierge services, driving and more.

Security Guards

La Punta offers 24 hour gated security. Duties are to guard the villa 24 hours a day to ensure the security of the villa guests.

Private Full Service Villa Chef

Luxury vacationing can mean an intimate gathering one night and a larger affair the next day. Your private villa chef will create a personalized dining experience to taste and to fit your vacation style. Special dietary needs are graciously accommodated. (You pay food and beverage costs only.)

We can accommodate your needs for everything from simple cocktail receptions to formal multi-course menus. Our staff is available for buffet or full service events and can assist you in your special event planning.

Private Full Service Villa Housekeeping

Housekeeping will begin daily at 8:00 a.m. to make sure everything in the villa is perfect. Responsible for housekeeping duties and taking care of daily laundry and dry cleaning service. The housekeeper will take care of all additional areas of the home as needed and will work with the Chef for meal servicing.

Private Full Service Villa Houseman

Maintenance of your vacation rental home will be overseen by the full time houseman. He will tend the garden and the grounds of the villa, and provide cleaning and maintaining of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The Houseman is available at your request and works with the team to make sure everything is set up perfectly for your stay here.

Home Administrator & Concierge

A full time Villa Manager supervises and co-ordinates the staff and is available to assist guests during their stay. The offsite personal administrator works as your concierge to handle all of your questions, set up reservations, make requests and ensure your vacation is perfect. Some concierge services include:
