The Villa was created by owner Scott Piazza, and Italian designer Paolo Cressini, as a spacious and airy vacation home designed for relaxed tropical relaxing or lively entertaining.

The luxury rental home is an expansive 8000 square foot multi level blending of Mexican and Mediterranean style.

This luxurious vacation home has sculpted grounds with lush landscaping and native rock surfaces. Enjoy a full service staff, 24 hour security, all modern technologies, a tiled and heated swimming pool, and outdoor dining pavilion, two separate villa palapas (outdoor living areas) including a rooftop palapa with a kitchen, wet bar, dining area and jacuzzi. The luxury rental villa will easily accommodate ten guests for your Mexico vacation. Main house & casita have total of 5 bedrooms and 6-1/2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private balcony, luxurious King size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

The outdoor dining pavilion is open to fresh breezes and is adjacent to a modern, fully equipped kitchen with luxury gourmet appliances. The custom made table seats 12 guests. Unusual and well-thought-out touches catch your eye everywhere in the luxury rental villa, like custom made hardwood furniture, Mexican tile work, American antiques and Malaysian chairs.

A sprawling living room and family room are perfect for relaxing during your vacation with comfortable furniture, satellite televisions, internet email, direct phones, VCR/DVD player with film library, games, ping pong/table tennis, book library and other recreational diversions galore. Outdoor equiptment includes croquet, darts, fishing poles, snorkel equipment and more.

On the 1600 square foot rooftop terrace, life is good as you watch the sunset from the Jacuzzi and enjoy after dinner drinks or cocktails. In Mexico, outdoor living areas are called palapas and traditionally shaded by native-style thatched roofs. Our two palapas let you enjoy pleasurable outdoor vacation living in the mild climate of Mexico's Pacific Riviera. The Mexican Pacific Riviera shares the same latitude as Hawaii, but offers more consistantly good weather. Because you can see both directions, our rooftop palapa offers incredible views of glorious Mexican sunrises and sunsets. Relax on your vacation with a tropical drink and you might see wild parrots, a migrating whale, or frigate birds lazily drifting past. The night sky is soft and clear. The stars seem just within your reach.

The luxury rooftop terrace featured at the vacation rental has comfortable sofas, tables and chairs, a Jacuzzi, a wet bar plus a second kitchen and dining area. There are also padded sunbathing chaises and a spa tub.

Rates: One week rental minimum, maximum 12 person occupancy.

• Low Vacation Season: $8400-week
  June 1 to September 30
• High Vacation Season: $8750-week
  October 1 to May 30
• Thanksgiving & Easter: $11500-week
• Christmas: $13500-week
• New Year: $13000-week

Terms & conditions:

A 50 percent deposit secures confirmed reservation. A security deposit of $2000 is required and returned directly after your party has vacated the rental home in good order. Full rental fee and deposit due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.

Rental Cancellations: 25% of total forfeited 30 or more prior to arrival date. 50% of total forfeited 15 -30 days prior to arrival date. 75% of total forfeited 7 days or less prior to arrival date.
